Mental Health Month

Today is not only the beginning of a fresh new month, but also the beginning of “Mental Health Month”.

People tend to believe that mental health problems are a rare phenomenon, but 1 in 4 people will face mental health problems in any given year. Everyone knows someone who struggles with mental health problems, the hardest part is opening up and talking about it. We want you to know that we are here and we’re in this together. Be honest and stay honest.

If you feel stuck, we can relate to it. If life feels too much, we are with you. Don’t let the machine of today’s life stage tell you that you can’t break the cycle and take a break. You can take all the time in the world. You are human and people are more fragile than we can possibly imagine.

We want to take this month and let you know that you are not alone. We have people, time and music, you and us can do this!
